該設(shè)備篩體四角采用萬向節(jié)柔性吊掛，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，經(jīng)久耐用，機(jī)械性能穩(wěn)定。采用繞篩體中心回轉(zhuǎn)的運(yùn)動方式，篩體的回轉(zhuǎn)速度采用變頻器進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，篩體的回轉(zhuǎn)幅度可調(diào)。附篩能有效清除成品米中的雜質(zhì)，如糠團(tuán)、回機(jī)米中的包裝線等。進(jìn)料口采用垂直吸風(fēng)裝置，涼米效果明顯。采用雙聯(lián)的振動進(jìn)料機(jī)構(gòu)，無級產(chǎn)量調(diào)節(jié)、數(shù)字化顯示，簡明直觀，單機(jī)產(chǎn)量大。

 The four corners of the screen adopt the universal joint flexible suspension, which runs smoothly , durable and has specific mechanical properties . The rotation speed of the screen body can be adjusted by frequency converter . The sieves can effectively remove impurities in the finished rice , such as bran and the packing line in the machine . The vertical air suction device is adopted in the feed inlet , and the effect of cool rice is obvious . Adopting double vibration feeding mechanism , infinite output regulation , digital display , concise and intuitive , single machine output is large.
